United StatesI'm a return customer and have never been disappointed. Good communication, shipments on time, the packaging is always top notch. I've used both the 9" straw and the 14". The 9'' is good for smaller areas and filling in around flowers that's close together. The larger 14' is good for larger areas. The way they are packaged makes it all easy to remove and handle for spreading in your flower and mulch beds. The straw is of good quality and free of debris you get with others. No pine cones and sticks or small twigs I've seen that people get from other companies. I'm glad I found and stay with The Pine Straw Store.
